What you get
TulisResume is a web application. One credit buys one tailored resume: you paste a job advert, and the service returns your own resume rewritten for that specific role. Each tailored resume includes:
- Your summary and work-experience bullet points rewritten against the advert, using only the experience already in your profile.
- A keyword match panel showing which terms from the advert your resume covers, and which it does not.
- Three layouts to choose from — technical, achievement-led, and a compact one for students and career switchers.
- Download as PDF or Microsoft Word (.docx), as real selectable text so applicant tracking systems can read it.
Credits do not expire and are not a subscription. Nothing is charged automatically: you buy a pack, and it is spent only when you generate a tailored resume.
How it works

- Paste the job advert you are applying to.
- Review the rewritten resume, then download it as PDF or Word.
Your first 3 tailored resumes are free, with no card and no account, so you can judge the quality before paying anything.
Pricing
Customers in Malaysia are charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Customers elsewhere are charged in US Dollars (USD). The currency is shown again at checkout before you pay.

There are no other charges, no recurring fees, and no free trial that converts into a paid plan.
Refunds
Unused credits are not refundable. Credits are delivered to your account immediately on payment and can be spent right away, so a purchase is final once it completes.
Two things exist so that this policy is fair rather than merely stated:
- You can try before you buy. Three tailored resumes are free, with no card details and no account, so you can judge the service before spending.
- A failed generation never costs a credit. If a tailored resume cannot be produced — for example the AI service is unavailable — the credit is automatically returned to your balance. You do not need to ask.
If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a payment succeeded but the credits did not arrive, that is a fault on our side and we will refund it in full. Email us and we will respond within 2 business days.
Your data
TulisResume is built to keep your resume on your own device. Your profile is stored in your browser, not on our servers, unless you choose to create an account.
- What stays on your device
- Your profile and saved resumes, in your browser’s local storage. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.
- What is sent when you tailor a resume
- Your work content — skills, roles, bullet points — and the job advert you paste, are sent to an AI provider to be rewritten. Your name, email, phone number, address and links are removed before the request is sent.
- If you create an account
- An account is optional. Signing in copies your profile — including your name and contact details — and your saved resumes to our server so they reach your other devices. You can delete all of it at any time from your account page, and deleting your account removes it from our server.
- Payment details
- Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details. Stripe holds the payment record and the email address you give it for the receipt. On our side we store only a reference to the payment, against the credits it bought.
- Contacting us about your data
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below.
Payments and security
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 payment processor. Card and bank details are entered on Stripe’s own payment page and never pass through TulisResume. The service is served over HTTPS.

Terms
- TulisResume is a writing aid. It rewrites the experience you provide; it does not invent qualifications, and it does not guarantee interviews or employment.
- You are responsible for checking the accuracy of any resume before you send it to an employer.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy credits.
- Credits are for your own use and cannot be transferred or resold.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
